I was thrilled with this hotel! The rooms were amazing, equipped with both an indoor Jacuzzi and an outdoor hot tub on a private balcony. The large comfy bed made our stay even better. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to help us, even carrying our luggage up and down the stairs. The location was fantastic, right in between Fira and Oia, making it easy to explore. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with the stunning views over the caldera. The facilities were great too.

However, the hotel is not accurately mapped on Google Maps offline, which could be a minor inconvenience.
